Effective July 24, 2026
InCREDaBLE is built around a simple principle: your credentials never leave your control. This policy explains exactly what that means.
InCREDaBLE is developed and operated by Systemata Teknicum LLC. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@incredable.app.
InCREDaBLE does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or any third-party SDKs. We do not operate a backend server, and the app never transmits data to us or to any third party. There is no user account to create, so we never collect a name, email address, or other identifying information through the app itself.
Credentials and weblinks you add to InCREDaBLE are stored in an encrypted vault (AES-256-GCM) locally on your iPhone. This data stays on your device — it is never uploaded, backed up to iCloud by the app, or synced anywhere.
When you send a credential, InCREDaBLE encrypts it and transmits it directly over Bluetooth Low Energy to your own paired dongle, using a custom protocol (BCTP). This is a direct, local, device-to-device connection — it does not pass through the internet, a server, or any Systemata Teknicum system. The dongle decrypts the payload and types it into whatever's focused on the target machine, then discards it.
InCREDaBLE uses Face ID to gate access to the app. Face ID authentication is handled entirely by Apple's Secure Enclave and LocalAuthentication framework — the app only receives a yes/no result and never accesses, stores, or transmits any biometric data itself.
If you import bookmarks (Netscape Bookmark HTML format) from your browser, that file is read and processed entirely on your device. Nothing about your bookmarks is sent anywhere.
InCREDaBLE is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above and post the revised version at this address.
