Terms of use

Effective July 24, 2026

These terms cover use of the incredable.app website and the InCREDaBLE app, published by Systemata Teknicum LLC ("Systek", "we", "us").

App license

Your use of the InCREDaBLE app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies automatically to apps distributed through the App Store. You can read the current version at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

We haven't published a custom app license — the app is covered by Apple's standard terms in full, with no modifications.

Acceptable use

InCREDaBLE is intended for storing and entering your own credentials, on hardware you own or are authorized to access. You're responsible for keeping your paired dongle and iPhone secure, and for how you use the credentials stored in the app.

No warranty

InCREDaBLE is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Systemata Teknicum LLC does not guarantee the app or dongle will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systemata Teknicum LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of InCREDaBLE, including loss of access to accounts or systems as a result of dongle malfunction, loss, or misuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app or website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
